Easter Parade

Look at class 2's Easter hats. Ffion Talbot likes the Easter Bunnies on them. Brooke likes the chocolate eggs. Lashae and Brendan likes the little chicks.
Alex Hill won our competition with a Humpty Dumpty hat. Well done.

Toothbrushing & Healthy Eating

Today we had a visitor. She taught us how to brush our teeth correctly. She also talked about Healthy Eating. Reception children will now join a Toothbrushing project where they have the opportunity to brush their teeth after lunch in school. Here are some photos.

St David's Day

All children enjoyed today's eisteddfod. Look at the observational drawings we did of dragons to enter the art competition.

Techniquest

All the children had a great day yesterday during our visit to Techniquest and they were very well behaved. Whilst there, we attended the 'At the Circus' workshop which involved a lot of problem solving. For photos, see our class gallery.

Chinese New Year

On Friday, the children in Class 2 learnt all about Chinese New Year. They made Chinese Cragon Head masks, watched a DVD about a boy celebrating Chinese New Year with his family and in school, learnt a song linked to Chinese New year as well as Chinese Food tasting. All the children thoroughly enjoyed learning about a new Culture. Kung Hey Fat Choy-Happy New Year.
