P.E.

P.E. has now moved to a Thursday. Please ensure that your child brings P.E. kit (black shorts, white t-shirt, trainers) every week. Can you also ensure that all their clothes are labelled.

Homework

As usual Year 1 children will have homework set on a Friday. This is due back by the Tuesday.
On a Tuesday year 1 children will also have a spelling list sent home. Please can you help your child learn to spell these words. There will be a test every Friday.
All children will continue to bring home reading books. Please can you read a little every night to help develop your child's reading. Practising their sounds and sight words often is also very beneficial. Thank you

Foundation Phase Christmas Party

We had a great day in school today. Johno the magician came to visit us and did some magic tricks. We then had our party food. We all looked great in our party clothes. For more photos go to our class gallery.

Christmas Party

Don't forget our Christmas party on Wednesday 19th December. Remember to wear your party clothes and bring a plate of food.

Christmas Dinner

On Thursday we all enjoyed a lovely Christmas dinner. For photos of us in our Christmas hats that we made go to our class gallery.

Children in Need

We all wore our pyjamas to school today and raised £176.20 for Children in Need. Thank you and well done everyone!
